  • This is much better than typical gluten-free baked goods. It is moist and has an impeccably perfect blend of spices without the bitterness that sometimes comes with gluten-free flour. I was surprised by the texture as I find many gluten-free foods to have low texture quality and are often grainy and dry. I give her gluten-free banana bread 5 stars!
